The best way to plan in advance is to call your insurance company or ask us to relay coverage information to you after you give us your insurance information. Plans may have specific language for chiropractic or procedures may fall under standard medical coverage. Actual payment is determined by your insurance based on the claim received, status at time of service and language in contract.
